Yes that is the format I used and it only created the one module here is a
link to the source if you want to review it.
I can't tell what is supposed to happen the documentation doesn't seem to
help much either.

yes, How did you install it?
did you use perl -MCPAN -e 'Install Bundle::DateTime'
