Maybe offtopic: please introduce the ability to parse names in the day-of-the-week and month-of-the-year fields. It is available at the code of the module I wrote [1] which you can freely use. If you're not willing or not able (I rewrote the code from scratch so it might have changes uncompatible with your programming decisions) to do this, then please specify in the documentation that you'll not be following the crontab(5) syntax, but instead an older standard, maybe V7. I do agree, however, with all the opinions regarding the usage of a different module. Maybe someone could send a recommendation to the WebGUI authors so they stop using any of these modules and start using DT::Event::Cron.
