It's in the DateTime.pm distro.
.. and what does it have to do with DateTime::Format::Strptime?
I got a similar report from this person for DT::F::Mail. I think he didn't
install DateTime.pm properly, and then when he tried to install a bunch of
other modules which depend on DT.pm, he reported bugs for them (doh).
