Hi Greg, hi Rick,

this somehow slipped through the modu...@perl.org people's nets. I'm CC'ing the datetime list in case Rick's reading that.

Thanks Steffan

I'd like to be given the rights to co-maintain the
DateTime::Format::Strptime, as it has a number of bugs that are solved
in rt.cpan.org but have not been applied. I've applied some of these
locally, but would much prefer to fix it once globally and release a new
version.

G'day Greg,
The best place to discuss any DateTime module is on the DateTime list. From there you'd have seen I was active (and you'd have been able to get my personal email address).

I'll take a look at the issues on RT and get a release ready in the next day or so. Sorry I missed the issues .. I'm not a big fan of RT and you'll see the documentation says:

* Bugtracker
For bug tracking and reporting, please use the google-code tracker rather than the RT interface linked at search.cpan.org
http://code.google.com/p/datetime-format-strptime/issues/list

.. as does the interface at search.cpan.org and the metadata in the distribution. I'm not sure why people use RT when nothing points to it.

[Though to be fair I haven't seen notifications from there either and there are four issues listed.]

Once again, thanks for the heads-up. I'll get a release out ASAP.

(Whoever runs search.cpan .. is there any way you

Cheers!
