All of the methods listed as deprecated in 0.44 will now start issuing
warnings.
I've written to Rick Measham because this actually breaks the Strptime
tests, but if anyone else out there is using these methods, now is the
time to update your code.
I'll probably upload the new version in the next week or two, or as soon
as Rick uploads a new Strptime, whichever comes first.
