A few minutes ago, I have released to CPAN6 a new calendar module, Date::Calendar::Hijri.
Note: like all Hijri calendar programs in any programming language, this module uses an arithmetic algorithm to convert dates from the Hijri calendar to other, or in the opposite direction. It is not the real Hijri calendar, but a close approximation of it. It may at times differ with the real calendar by one or two days. On the other hand, it follows closely other Hijri calendar programs such as Emacs' calendar/cal-islam.el and Perl's Date::Hijri::Simple.
