Hi,
I suspect the permissions provided for the file(s) specified, on the host. Also
if the root file systems on the host (nfs server machine ) is in a different
directory , have you verified the permissions in /etc/exports of the host, for
your board ip for the exported directory ?
This is my guess, seeing the permission denied messages.
