For DVEVM there are different versions for u-boot available.
u-boot-594-nor_s3_4_fix.bin, u-boot-567-nor_s3_4_fix.bin which is for
594MHz  and 567MHz respectively. I think you can trust your u-boot print.
These binaries are available for download from TI website.
