Hi, You need to change PHYS_FLASH_SIZE 0x1000000 to PHYS_FLASH_SIZE 0x2000000 in u-boot/include/configs/davinci.h and in Linux kernel (2.6.20) linux/arch/arm/mach-davinci/board-evm.c you should change DAVINCI_CS0_PHYS + SZ_16 -1 to DAVINCI_CS0_PHYS + SZ_32 -1
