Hi, This is almost certainly permissions on the NFS root filesystem. You should have created the root filesystem as logged in as root, otherwise the /dev device files do not get created as 'mknod' requires root privilege. You should have a /dev/console device file under the root filesystems /dev (amongst others), the kernel should not be trying to create this device.
You may need to chmod 766 /home/cynove as some distributions remove group/other 'execute' access to the user home directories which prevents descending to sub directories by the NFS server.
