Hi The latest kernel source for DM6446/DM355 (so called 'unified' kernel released 15 Apr 2008) can be downloaded from the TI website which you can access after you register your EVM board (http://www.ti.com/davincisoftwareupdates).
There is a version of the kernel that ships with the EVM boards. This will be installed along with the MV toolchain and ends up under <install_dir>/mv_pro_4.0.1/montavista/pro/devkit/lsp if you follow the installation instructions that accompany the board. This kernel (AFAIK) is 'pre-unified' in that you need the correct version depending on whether your target is the DM355 or DM6446.
