Hi, Sundar Thanks your reply quickly. The MT9M131 is configured to 8-bit bt.656 mode output to ccdc of VPFE, but the MT9T001 CMOS camera is only for raw data mode, and doesn't support bt.656 format.
I think i would trace the MT9T001 CMOS camera driver to find out different of communicated to VPFE between TVP5146 and MT9T001 .
