I've investigated the problem and made it by poring CCS UBL and NAND writer to GCC. There are some differences: CCS UBL uses entry at 0x20, DM35x_FlashAndBootUtils_1_10 uses entry at 0x100 and this two UBLs uses different application entry format used for u-boot.
The most simple way is to flash original UBL via JTAG. 2009/2/25 James McGloin <ja...@eointecsolutions.com>: > Guys, > > I wonder could any one help, I have been working on an app on > the DM355 EVM and I was getting good quality video, however I had cause to > upgrade the u-boot using sfh_DM35x and the new ubl introduced noise on the > video, a previous thread describing a write.c fix was discussed but this > does not work, I would like to put back the original UBL onto the unit > however the sfh_DM35x utiliy will not work using this UBL, this issue is > very frustrating and I would be grateful if anyone out there had a solution. > > > > Kind regards > > > > James > > _______________________________________________ > Davinci-linux-open-source mailing list > Davinci-linux-open-source@linux.davincidsp.com > http://linux.davincidsp.com/mailman/listinfo/davinci-linux-open-source > > -- Constantine Shulyupin Freelance Embedded Linux Engineer 054-4234440 http://www.linuxdriver.co.il/ _______________________________________________ Davinci-linux-open-source mailing list Davinci-linux-open-source@linux.davincidsp.com http://linux.davincidsp.com/mailman/listinfo/davinci-linux-open-source
