I've investigated the problem and made it by poring CCS UBL and NAND
writer to GCC.
There are some differences:  CCS UBL uses entry  at 0x20,
DM35x_FlashAndBootUtils_1_10 uses entry at 0x100 and this two UBLs
uses different application entry format used for u-boot.

The most simple way is to flash original UBL via JTAG.
