Try the following to set CLKX PIN as CLKS PIN for recoding.

initial_config.pcr0 = (initial_config.pcr0 | SCLKME);

0 0 Signal on CLKS pin

DM355 is slave. below is configuration done for pcr0 and srgr2:
pcr0 = CLKXP | CLKRP

Does DM355 is the master ?
You should to do some settings for srgr2 and pcr0 because MCBSP0
has no CLKS PIN.
