All, We are observing overrun and underrun messages when arecord and aplay utilities are used. This has been observed with the latest kernel after a merge with the 2.6.30-rc2. Has anybody observed this?
With 'arecord -f cd /dev/null' too these overrun messages are observed. Also, record for 8kHz sampling rate is not working (kernel hangs). Audio is working fine with the 2.6.29-davinci1 version (commit 0b9273a39e5e25532c88a00369306a229ec98c8f). Also, during audio playback the audio can be heard either on the left or right side (only on 1 side at a time). This issue though is not related to the above overrun/underrun issue.
