Hi Frank The RIPE NCC mirrors all the RIR's whois databases and provides a Global Resource Service (GRS). This can be easily accessed using the webupdates interface https://apps.db.ripe.net/db-web-ui/query
You select the option "Search resource objects in all available databases" and you will get the correct data from the RIR responsible for this resource.
