I do remember getting e-mails from the RIPE NCC along the lines of
"AS number 22334 has been returned, but you still have objects referring
to AS22334, can you please clean this up?"
(usually as-set / members:)
So the NCC already does it, but maybe not for route(6) and ROAs?
