Amit,
If the sort heap cannot be allocated, your system don't have enough memory to start 
this agent (private heap). Algorithm will try for smaller sizes, if the sortheap size 
parameter size cannot be
allocated and will finally get out throwing the message you got. So, reducing the sort 
heap will force all agents to allocate lesser sort heaps and you'll have room for more 
agents.
