Hello all,

I am trying to create a view on a table that has appoximately 4 million rows.
This view would need to limit the amount of data returned by selecting rows
based on dates in the table and whether they are greater than the current date.
Is there a function I can use to return current date in the view creation select
clause? For example:

db2 "create view ABC as select field1, field2, date1
     from YYY.ZZZ
     where date1 > {current date}"

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Judy
