You can force a Full Refresh of an individual Table by registering it
with no Changed Data Table.
Capture will not attempt to save any changes for it and any download
will get a Full Refresh.
(You may want to do this for performance reasons where you propagate
a snapshot of a Table once a day. It is often more efficient to perform a
full refresh than propagate many daily updates to the Table)
