Hi Greg,
FFFFFCDB is equivalent to SQL Code -805 - which you can see in your second entry Create sysibm.sysdummy1 , rc=-805.
It seems as though package NULLID.SQLE2D01 does not exist.
This package can be found in <drive>:\Program files\sqllib\bnd\db2spcat.bnd
Try manually binding this file and re-run your create database.

Hello,
With Win/2000 UDB V7.1 I get a database create failure. The diagnostics log
tells me the following. Anyone know what the FFFFFCDB is.
