Turgut, I don't know of any way to do this natively withing DB2. Perhaps you could use the Governor to kill applications from various IP ranges, but this wouldn't prevent connections.
On UNIX systems you can use TCP Wrappers to prevent any connections from given IP addresses/ranges, but on OS/2 or Win32 I am not sure.
