Hello all,

Last year, we migrated from DB2 for OS/390 to DB2 UDB EE for AIX.  We have a
support contract for the new environment, as we used to for when we were on the
mainframe.  When we were mainframe, we used to use IBMLINK to do problem-related
lookups and to open PMRs.  On the AIX platform, I not yet figured out how to do
this same activity online.  So far, I have picked up the phone and called in my
questions and problems.  Sometimes, I prefer to open a PMR online, as I can word
the question/problem as I would like.

Is there such an online service for DB2 on AIX?  If so, can someone point me in
the right direction?  I have asked this question of the support folks who answer
the 800 number when I call.  They indicate that this is an available option, but
so far, no one has been able to tell me where it is and/or how to use it!
