Developer has told me that you can not get any error message back if you try to connect from a window program (through odbc) to a UDB database in Aix and the connection is failed. I really doubt about that but I cannot test it. Is this true? If it is not, how can the developer catch the error code? We want to get the connect error code and then exit the application gracefully.
