Those files are kept in the DAS (Admin. Server) path. If your admin server is called DB2DAS00 for example then x:\sqllib\db2das00\schedule\schedule.dat is the file where the scheduled tasks are kept. x:\sqllib\db2das00\scrip.prf is he file where the cripts should be.
If I were you I'd copy the whole path: x:\sqllib\db2das00\ to the targetsystem. HTH' Pierre.
