That did it thanks a lot Ajith. I wonder though how may it would have
happened we were just called by the application people
that they were not able to access the tables ? Any way to see in the catalog
tables or log to see when and what caused it ?

Thanks,

Amit

Amit,
If you have more than one tables in this tablespace, you are probably
resetting the state for the wrong one !. Try the following steps
1. If you are not sure about which table, run the reset command for all of
them.
2. make sure you are connected as the user who got this into quiesce state.
Regards,
Ajith

Subject: [DB2EUG] Quiesced Exclusive State

Hi all,

The USERSPACE1 has gone into quiesced exclusive state and using list
talespaces show detail identified the object id
and did quiesce tablespaces for table xx reset.
Even after executing the command the tablepspace is still in Quiesced state.

What I am doing wrong ? I have encountered this for the first time.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Amit
