Hi all,
I've just had fun moving 3 databases from solaris to 2000 (a temporary
measure), and so decided to teach myself the ins and out of import, export,
db2look and db2move. One question that I thought about towards the end ...
is the .ixf file format the same for these? So for instance, if I use
export to build a bunch of ixf files, could I use db2move (assuming I put
the control info in place) to then bring this data in, rather than using
import? I'm assuming the answer is "yes", but thought the great list-mind
would know for sure.
Ciao
