You can use the DB2 COMMAND
GET/RESET/UPDATE CLI CFG
where "DB2 UPDATE CFG" has the following parameters:
UPDATE CLI CONFIGURATION [AT {USER | GLOBAL} LEVEL] FOR SECTION section-name
USING {CLI-keyword value ...}
