Hi all,
We are running an Operational Data Store under UDB EEE 7.2 + FixPack6 and
Solaris 8 on Sun Fire 6800 with 24 CPU and 48 GB of memory. The UDB instance
is configured with 8 partitions (logical nodes).
We have migrated stored procedures from the single-node instance running in
the same environment as indicated above on a different system, and started
experiencing severe performance problems. Question:
Is there any equivalent TCP/IP setting for Solaris to improve performance in
multi-node EEE, such as the one for AIX:
sb_max = 1310720
tcp_sendspace = 655360
tcp_recvspace = 655360
udp_sendspace = 65536
udp_recvspace = 655360
rfc1323 = 1
If you have experienced similar problems and know the cure, please share the
information.
Thank you.
