In my opinion there aren't any.  The best one, by far, is manual.  Quick
Beginnings; Admn. Guide: Planning; Admin. Guide: Performance -- should
provide you with very detailed explanation for questions mentioned.  Don't
believe there are any examples though.  You may also glance through
Redbooks; however, beware that they contain some incorrect and useless info
which in fact will point you wrong way.

Do you know any good books that introduce the transactions handling 
in the DB2 (ex: the transaction types DB2 support, isloation level 
and so on.. ), inlcuding the theorical and pratice example is best.
