Jodie, In my opinion there aren't any. The best one, by far, is manual. Quick Beginnings; Admn. Guide: Planning; Admin. Guide: Performance -- should provide you with very detailed explanation for questions mentioned. Don't believe there are any examples though. You may also glance through Redbooks; however, beware that they contain some incorrect and useless info which in fact will point you wrong way. Thanks, Dimitry.
