Although a bit off-topic, I'd also like to say how impressed with
Mr. McInnis' willingness to participate in this forum.  It is truly the
exception that a company cares enough about their customers to provide
this type of outstanding support and insight.

Thanks Dale, you're making a big difference out here. I hope your
upper management knows the resulting value you are providing to IBM,
by taking the time to participate in this forum.
