Hi: We are using NIS for all DB2 UDB V8 instance owner/user. The current instances are running as 32bit. When the instance is updated to 64 bit, we get error SQL1092N, when the instance owner tries to do db2start/db2stop/list applications...etc.
The user works with NIS in 32bit instance, when upgraded to 64bit, the instance owner lose all his authorization and privileges. Has anyone seen this problem? The NIS Master is running AIX 4.3.3 The NIS Client (UDB Server) is running AIX 5 ML3. Appreciate any kind of help. Thanks!
