You require a simple database and a simple form. I created an attachment that provides a graphical picture of the database setup that you created (a picture makes the relationships obvious). Are you able to test this on the 2.0 Beta version? If not, can you test on the latest development build that is available. I could test this, but I have two problems. First, I do not know off hand how to create a database with the specified relationships in MySQL. I am experimenting with it, so I could probably create this if you exported the SQL required to create the tables and such. Secondly, I have never created a form.... If the bug exists in the the 2.0 beta or the 1.9.m84 build, then this will be more serious than if it is only verified in the 1.1.4 build. Just trying to help....
