bc: What would have to be done is to keep a history of all fieldnames that are
taken from the repertoire of the "available Fields" of each sample table. This
way the wizard could assure to display only the those fields that have not yet
been shifted to the "Selected Fields" Listbox. A mere comparison based on a
string comparison of the fieldnames is not sufficient because
1) the user can change the names of the selected fields before switching the
sample table
2) it could be that the selected fieldname denotes a fieldname of another
sampletable with a completely different meaning and different attributes.
To make the fix a perfect fix it would also have to be made sure that a renamed
field taken out rom the "Selected fields" repertoire again appears in the
"Available fields" repertoire.
Considering the effort and benefit of this fix I do not consider this bug
serious enough for the current target and set it to Office Later.
