more findings:
- this also applies to exporting as HTML
- the final report contains hidden sections with exactly the sample layout data
  and obviously those sections are exported to RTF/DOC/HTML, though they are
  hidden

It is debatable whether exporting the content of hidden sections to a format
which does not support hidden sections is desired or not. Finally, when
exporting the doc, you are warned that not all attributes of the document can be
exported - and the "hidden" attribute of the section can be seen as one of 
those.


I thus suggest that our reporting code should simply remove the hidden sections
when the report has been filled with data.
