Your assertion is unacceptable as a response to issues with your systems, as I
have already described and refer you to the above.
If you do not have any constructive proposal please refer the issue to a more
experienced support technician.
I appreciate your attempt at issue resolution, as per your reference to email
correspondence outside the log of this issue, however, I have already
described the problem area. I get the impression that this issue reported is
unusual. Do you not have any other similar reported issues with accessing
MySQL that you can refer to?
Further, with reference to a number of related issues raised through your
helpdesk system, I object to the unilateral closure, to which incidentally the
status has been altered to closed and invalid - 66610, 66613.
I look forward to some more constructive dialouge to resolve the reported
issue with you, Clu.
