The attached file i62664.diff enables UTF-8 support in dBase files. There's no
change of the default field len so far, and no change of the connection's
default encoding (which is overridden by the UI, anyway).
Also, the biblio.dbf which is shipped with OOo is not changed by this, of
course.
I suggest to move those items into separate issues.
