We're replacing all our Microsoft Office by OpenOffice ... and many users used Excel + Word to make simple mailmerge operation... It's difficult to replace Excel sheets for adresses data by OpenOffice because of this problem of update in data source when you update the spreadsheet. We can replace Excel sheet by OOoBase ... but it's not so easier for final users.
