checked in with the following changes:
- OOdbcManagement has *not* been removed. It seems the automatism which
you used to find the unused code was run on Linux - where this class is not
used indeed. However, on Windows it is. (One could come up which a better
solution, to compile the complete class with the proper conditions,
admittedly)
- OFieldDescGenWin::GetEditorCtrl was not removed, it is used in non-product
builds
