Insert a text field into the "Detail"-section after the label "Artikelname" and bind it to the data field "Artikelname". Save report design. Execute the report. There are no entries. Leave edit mode, save database document. Again, open report "Lieferanten" to edit. The text field has gone. I got other, possible connected errors with the same text field: The report output shows a little bit text and a red triangle at the right end of the area of the text field.
