clu->fuege: to clear out some points
1. the issue tracker is no support center (even if we often try to help further,
if possible with one or two hints)
-> if you have specific problems, please use the several newsgroups, mailing
lists, forums etc. for help in future time
2. issues must be reproducable on other systems
-> if you are not willing to assist the qa work (especially to support the qa
members), sending issues gets worthless -> in this cases they will be closed
3. developer time is limited, pretty expensive and they will not work on issues
which are not reproducable (also qa time is limited and f.e. mechtilde try to
help you in her spare time honorary)
=> if you are still interested in serious common work on OOo, you are really
welcome
