This is actually wrong. The chart in the report is (as you can see when you open the report for editing) is bound to a query which itself does not have parameters, but it has a filter property WHERE MONTH( "tage"."Datum" ) = :monat AND YEAR( "tage"."Datum" ) = :jahr , i.e. the filter (and thus the complete statement which the chart shall be based on) contains two parameters. However, SRB never asks for those parameter's values.
