Currently, the "Add Field" window in the Sun Report Builder leaves the user
somewhat clueless about what to do: It's merely a list of field names, but
there's no hint to indicate that the user needs to double-click an entry, or
press enter while it is selected.

Issue 96519 already suggests to add an explanatory text to the bottom of the
window. This issue here is about another improvement suggested by the iTeam: an
"Insert" button at the bottom of the window, which, when pressed, adds controls
for the currently selected fields to the report design.
