CWS mysql1 introduced 3 L10N-relevant strings in module dbaccess, which were
already present under another name, and thus considered harmless. As I learned,
that's not true - relevant for translation is the pairing "ID, string".
Also, the CWS split a define which contained 3 L10N-strings into two new
defines. Again, this change is not transparent to the translation teams.

Thus, those changes are to be reverted, by keeping the functionality which was
introduced by CWS mysql1.
