Test system - DEV300_m50, NO SRB, Windows 7
To reproduce - attempt to open (run) a SRB created report without the SRB being
installed, or with it disabled.
An error box states:

The document "ReportName" could not be opened.
To open a report you require the extension Sun(tm) Report Builder.
----------
The enhancement would be to include a link to the extension URL.
Clicking on this link would open the default browser and load the URL & would
close the error dialog.
for example:

The document "ReportName" could not be opened.
To open a report you require the extension Sun(tm) Report Builder.
