fixed in CWS dba33b.

Now there's an option "Supports primary keys" in the database's advanced
settings. This option is available for ODBC, JDBC, and ADO. Explicitly checking
it will let Base assume that the DB supports primary keys, both in the table
designer and in the table wizard. Feature mail with detailed description to
follow (when the CWS goes to QA, as usual).
