2010 -------
- open the attached database document
- open the contained form for editing ("Edit" from its context menu)
- make a modification to the form
=> its "Save" button becomes enabled
- from the application main window, choose "Edit", again
=> the form window is raised
=> its "Save" button is disabled
- close the form
=> you're not asked whether or not to save it, your changes are irrevocably lost
