Ok thank you - that is the last stable release.

The error is when you start the new database wizard - when you start the wizard
or when you go to finish? Before you answer

Other wise you may want to refresh your "private user" data caches.
To do this you simply need to delete or rename the current "private user
directory". For a default installation under XP that will be found at
c:/Documents and Settings/<windows user name>/Application 
Data/OpenOffice.org3/user

Simply rename the directory, without OO.o running and then restart it - it will
create a new directory with default settings.
