- open a new text document
- from the "Form Controls" toolbar, insert an arbitrary form control into the
  document
- press the "Form" button in the "Form Controls" toolbar, this way opening
  the form's property browser
=> there's no "Events" tab page

Effectively, this means you cannot modify the scripts associated with a form's
events anymore.
