Can you run mysqldump on your MySQL database, with the --no-data option? This would produce an SQL script which allows re-creating the structure of the database, but not containing any actual data. Together with your .odb file, it might allow reproducing your particular crash. Of course, when the database structure is also confidential, this is no option.
